These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and the cleaning services provided by Toro Cleaning UK. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Toro Cleaning UK provides domestic and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to regular cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, office cleaning, ironing and laundry, and related housekeeping services. Services are available across East Lothian and Edinburgh.
3. Quotes and bookings
All quotes provided are free and without obligation. A quote becomes a confirmed booking only when both parties agree on the date, time, scope and price. We reserve the right to adjust the price if the scope of work changes significantly.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Access and security
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the agreed time. Please inform us of any access instructions, parking restrictions, pets, alarms or hazards before the cleaning visit.
6. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed before the service begins. For regular cleaning, payment is typically due in advance or on the day of service. For one-off or larger cleans, a deposit may be required.
7. Insurance and liability
Toro Cleaning UK is fully insured for public liability and damage caused by our team during cleaning. We ask that you report any concerns or damage within 24 hours of the service so we can investigate promptly.
8. Customer satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know within 24 hours and we will make every reasonable effort to put it right.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
